Brief Description:  Left Aileron

Left Aileron almost complete. Hinge brackets drilled, in place and hinges aligned and secured. Completion will have to wait on repair of my pneumatic rivet gun. While replacing the sails on Carroll's Challenger II, it failed about 3/4ths of the way through that job. It's waiting on me to tear down and inspect. If it is too far gone, I will just have to bite the bullet and buy another one. I will get to that in the AM. Once that is back up and functioning, or replaced, we will drill and Cleco the hinges to the aileron spar and drill and Cleco the hinge brackets in place in preparation for epoxy and riveting.

For now, the table is down and the aileron moves freely with no binding or drag. Aligning this beast was a pain. The whole job today to get to this point took 6 hours.
