Brief Description: False Ribs and Glue Down Strips.
False Ribs installed and preperation for the Glu Down Strips begun. According to the manual, the glue down strips are 1" wide and to cut the top and bottom cap strips back by 7/8" for a 1/8" overhang. Good thing I checked prior to cutting. The Strips supplied are 5/8" wide. Profit margin motivated? Go figure. Not a biggie since I checked but, if I had cut on faith, I would be cursing myself for not checking first. Check. Check again. Then check again. Golden Rule!
THis past month has not been very productive with vacations and excessive heat. Now that we have a portable AC unit and both of us are refreshed, its time to get moving and make some headway on this project.
