The design of this kit sometimes makes no sense. Example, the front seat slides on a tube bolted under the seat using nylon bushings as the bearing surface. No problem there. However the seat sits flush on the frame itself and grinds the powder coating/paint. so to remedy this, we installed nylon bearing we fabricated and riveted them to the seat frame bottom. this raises up the seat by 1/16th. the bolts and holes will have to be up sized to accommodate this. In addition we have ordered some low friction bearing tape to line both the seat and the seat frame inside the fuselage to eliminate the friction and not grind our coating off getting in and out of the plane.
