Best laid plans ... never work out as planned. After returning home from our trip, I came down with a cold or something like it. I spent this morning checking and rechecking control surface alignments, drilling the hinge brackets and working on the flap return. Since I did not want to push things and uncertain if I could not make a mistake, I called it quits. I will wait for a better day.
