I checked alingnment of the hinges and cut out the leading edge of the flap todayIt took a bit of time to ensure the gaps were correct and the hinge location was right so I could mark where the foam leading edges had to be cut. not feeling to hot today. I ate too much and still feel miserable this morning. So, I cut short my time in the garage. I don't want to make a mistake that can't be corrected.

have to remove some of the foam to rivet and then replace when done.
