Today we cut and fitted the trailing edge re-enforcement's. It takes a while and makes a lot of dust. I cut and Carroll fitted as I manned the disk sander. It took us almost 2 hours. By the time we fitted every one of them we needed a break. We called it a day, due to the heat and all the wood dust flying through the air. So, We are ready for tomorrow morning. The temps are supposed to be lower tomorrow so we should be able to get the trailing edge epoxy work done without too much trouble. We will double check our fitting for each re-enforcement and clean up all the dust and finish the epoxy work hopefully.
