Had my neighbor cut the AC Plywood into sections for us today. Man, does he have a nice setup in his garge! If you're a wood worker, you'd be in heaven. Took him all of 5 minutes to cut the plywood for me into 7 1/2 in width strips.
Layout of all 36 reinforcement pieces on the plywood done. Rough cut them into pieces easy enough to handle. I plan to cut three at a time on the scroll saw using a two piece oak die as a guide.
