So very hot in Brisbane that I'm only doing short spells in the workshop and most of the time in the swimming pool this week.
Finished all attachments to the spars for both wings, then etch primed the spars ready for final assembly.
Sat the fuel tank into position for the left wing and found that the fuel pick up & sight guage openings in the tank did not align with the holes through the root end rib and that the curvature of the tank top does not follow the curvature in the ribs.
This also means that the holes through the upper cabin area in the matching wing root rib in the cabin frame will also be out of alignmen and the inerior linings which have already been installed will probably need to be hacked about.
Very pissed off with the quality of what I have been supplied,
