Today I started on the layout of the bottom cabin skins.
I found that the front skin as supplied had been rolled too much on one side and not enough on the other, and due to the thickness and tensile strength, it is going to take a lot of pressure to get it to fit correctly.
An improvement suggestion to Class Inc would be for all skins to be supplied with a plastic coating.
This would assist greatly in cutting down on the scuff and handling marks that the skin surfaces acrue during the fitting and drilling process.
