Because I had extended the top skin of the wing 60 mm in the flap area & 40 mm in the Aileron area, I found the in the location half way between the hinge pivot brackets that the skins had too much flex and neede further reinforcing, so I made up a small bracket for each opening and placed these so the the fairing skin could be riveted to these brackets.
