Once the rear cabin corners where held into the correct curve and position I was then able to relocate the rear cabin roof skin, hold in clekos along the joint line between the front & rear skins, and then carry on with the drilling from inside the upper rear cabin area through the frame, the corner & roof skins. This was done with a 3/32 drill.
I then drilled out to 1/8 holes from outside.
I will need to fabricate two infill pieces between the rear cabin skin, the cured corner skin snd the rear end of the false rib to close off the opening at this location.
In final assembly the cured corner skins will shingle over the cabin side skins
Now the deburring starts again.
A great location for two more skylights
The gap between the trailing edge of the false rib and the curved corner skin will need some attention
