Brief Description:  Cabin roof structure

After a day or so deburring the side skins and frame structure of the cabin, I started to assemble all of the cabin roof components and study the drawings and manual for the sequence.
Not much info to be found and many things unclear, unexplained and incorrect.
The first thing I found was that the part numbers F-182 & F-184 had been supplied too short to join up with 190 & 191 as shown on the drawings.
I also struggled to understand the positioning and relationship of the other components that form the windshield sealing between the cabin roof and the forward cabin cross member.
By looking at other builders web sites (non of which are the 164 model, and therefore different configuration), I think that I am finally forming a picture in my mind as to how it all goes together.
Much more info required here from BushCaddy when & if the drawings ever get reviewed and upgraded.
To add to my frustrations, I found that I had to replace all the solid rivets that I had incorrectly installed in the upper rear cabin framework. They should have been flush and I had installed the 470-4 domed head type.
