Brief Description:  Aileron Trim arrangement.

Having decided that I would like to have some aileron trim (something not part of the Bush Caddy design or plans), and after looking at what other builders had done in this reguard, I started out by deciding that I would copy Don Morrissys system but then found that my fuel lines were already in the way.

It then dawned on me that I could simplify his idea somewhat by using the sub frame cross member under the front seating area as the mounting point for the servo and pushrod arrangement.

So over the last week I fiddled around and came up with the arrangement as per the attached pictures. When powered up it works a treat.

I plan on doing a similar style of arrangement for the elevator trim and doing away with the pulleys, wires and trim wheel arrangement shown in the drawings.
