Having completed the intenal fuselage corners over the past two days, I started on the upper outside corners and once again found that the directions in the drawings and assembly manual did not reflect any sort of order in that the idea of trying to mark or prick punch rivet holes for the external skin from inside the fuselage with the internal corners in place is not possible.I'm beginning to think that whoever wrote the manual was not on the workface when the assembly was taking place!
Anyhow on with the show, I made a simple template that can be used on all frame stations for marking the rivet holes around the curve and also put the rivet spacer guide to work.
The strength of the fuselage is becoming more evident day by day.
