Brief Description:  Brake master cylinders

On holidays at the beach over the last couple of weeks, so was keen to get things going again only to find out that it really pays big dividends to read (if there was anything to read) well ahead and look at all associated and interfacing components before drilling the first hole or making the first cut......

I assembled the master cylinders with the F-214 attachment brackets and started to place them into their respective positions to find that the two centre Master Cylinder brackets sat partly off the doubler plates for the two centre PF-175 nylon mounting blocks.

It only took me about a minute to decide to re-make and increas the size of all the PF- 149 doubler plates to encompase the Master Cylinder attach brackets.

The original centre two plates were 2.5" X 4.75" and now I made them 3" X 5.5".

Also replaced the outside plates in a similar fashion.

Recomendation to Class Inc.: For aircraft with brakes, make these plates larger & put something in the assembly manual and update the drawings drawings
