Today I finished the fitting and drilling of the front bottom skin, installed the PF-158 stiffener angles, deburred and painted the inside surface.
Over the past 2 days I removed all the cabin bottom skins, deburred, cleaned and etch primed all overlapping surfaces and then painted all interior surfaces.
I also found that by installing a couple of countersunk solid 3/32 rivets to hold the PF-157 angles in place onto the curved corner skins, this helped when fitting and drilling the larger flat bottom skins.

Just Love that TEMPO etch prime
Bottom corner skins with stiffening angles flush riveted on.
