Brief Description:  seat construction

I took the frame out of the jig and cut the frame apart and welded on the washers where they but together. I then put it back in the jig and tack the pins in place. I'm glad I just tack them it didn’t work. I just ground them to almost a point that wasn’t nowhere near going in the hole when you rotate the seat. So I had to grind out the pins and make new ones with a taper from the bottom up and that works now.
