Today was a long but productive day. We took apart the other wing spar, deburred, scothbrited, cleaned with coleman fuel. Then it was outside for the alanine treatment and then back inside to set up the spray booth. The primer took about 30 minutes of stirring to get all the lumps out. Mixed it up with the other stuff? and then diluted it and started spraying. Had to wait about 2 hours for it to dry before we could flip all the parts over and spray the other sides. This garage it getting pretty cramped. It's a good thing that we didn't set up the second wing jig just yet.
