It was quite awkward for Glen to get underneath the instrument panel and remove the rudder pedals. there is a Service Bulletin that requires us to weld a reinforcement weldment to the pedals to prevent rudder tube failure. Glen used paint stripper to remove the paint and I will send it back to Vans for the necessary repair. Also worked on the gascalator cover, it had to be reshaped so it would fit under the new engine mount.
