We removed the gear weldments and the 2 steps from the aircraft and by doing so we reduced about 13 pounds of weight. We had to cut (grind) the weldments to get them out as there was a bundle of wires running through each one. Now we have 4 holes in the aircraft theat need to filled. We got one hole patched today.
