Made a small bucking/dimpling bar per Van's plans for use the near the trailing edge of the ribs, Used with a pull style dimple tool (the male half) with a cut off 6d finish nail as a guide pin. Clamped the bar on the end of the lathe bed and a few hits with the hammer - voila - a dimple in the tight areas on the ribs!
