Fluted, straightened, and deburred T-1004-L's and final drilled #40 holes. Clecoed T-1004-L's to T-1001 Left Tank Skin. Marked, positioned and match drilled #40 holes in J-Stiffener Left Tank. Adjusted and matched drilled Left Fuel Cap Flange. Clecoed flange in position and installed vent clip. Installed and match drilled T-1005-L. Cut and flared vent lines. Match drilled #40 holes T-1005B & C. Match drilled #40 holes in T-1002 & Tank Skin. Final drilled #40 holes in Tank Z's & T-1003B-L for nutplates. Match drilled #30 hols t-1003B-L, VA-141, T-1010, VA-146, T-1005-L & Tank Z's. Final drilled #19 holes in T-1001-L & T-1005B & C.
