Clecoed both W-1020 Tie-Down Brackets in place and match drilled #30 and #12 holes. Removed the brackets and match drilled for K1000-3 nutplates. Countersank #40 nutplate holes. Prepped and primed W-1020 Tie- Down Brackets and flanges of Main Spars. Riveted nutplates to W-1020 Tie-Down Brackets. Cleaned out #12 and 1/4" holes from W-823PP Aileron Bellcrank Brackets and installed onto Main Spars with W-1020 Tie-Down Brackets.
Wing Ribs Section 14
Straightened ribs as required. Cut both W-1029C Angles, W-1029D Spacers, and W-1029E Spacers. Marked all W-1029D and W-1029E Spacers. Match drilled spacers to both W-1029A-L and W-1029A-R Torque Tube Support Brackets. Clecoed VA-146 Flange Bearings in place between the Torque Tube Support Brackets. Clecoed assembly to W-1010-R and W-1010-L. Clamped W-1029C Angles in place and match drilled all #30 holes as per directions. Clecoed W-1025A and W-1025B-L to left W-1010-R assembly and match drilled #30 holes. Clecoed W-1025A, W-1025B-R, and W-1010-L rib and match drilled for one outboard Flap Hinge. Repeated to create second Flap Hinge assembly. Clecoed Inboard and Outboard Flap Hinge Assemblies to Left Main Spar. Cut and trimed one W-1011-R as per directions and clecoed to Left Main Spar at outboard Fuel Tank location. Trimmed flange from W-1012-R and clecoed to Left Main Spar.
