Ordered wrong single lug nutplates, should have ordered K2000-3 instead of the MK2000-3 (already predrilled holes for the K2000 series). Riveted in the K1000-3 nutplates at stiffener R-1015F-L and R-1003A. Blind riveted Shear Clips R-1010A thru F to right side of rudder.
