Removed clecoes from VS-1001 and deburred holes. Marked empennage fairing holes on VS-1001 and flanges of VS-1003, VS-1004, and VS-1005.Countersank holes in flange of VS-1003. Failed to re-cleco the VS-1014-R/L Spar caps to the flange of VS-1003 and spar cap moved aft while countersinking the third-last hole (see image). Sent photos to Van's Tech Support and will await answer before proceeding on VS-1003 Rear Spar and VS-1014-R/L. Worst case scenario will be to replace VS-1003 and VS-1014-R & L, but in that case, I can redrill the common flange holes to #40 as per instructions and not have to use the "OOPS" rivets as I intended.
