Match drilled #30 holes on VS-1010, VS-1011, and VS-1013 rudder hinges.Match drilled 3/16" upper attach bolt holes of VS-1003 rear spar and VS-1008 rear spar doubler into VS-1014-L/R spar caps.Countersank all #30 holes on forward side of VS-1008 rear spar doubler below upper attach bolt holes for 1/8" flush rivets
