Machine countersank #40 holes in all nutplate attach patterns. Final drilled #30 holes F-1004C-L & R, and F-1004P-L & R's. Match drilled #12 holes in F-1004A, F-1004E, and F-1004F. Match drilled #12 holes F-1004C-L & R, and F-1004P-L & R's. Enlarged snap bushing holes to 5/8" on F-1004A and 3/4" on F1004C-L & R.
Final drilled #12 holes in bothe WD-1021's. Bolted WD-1021's to center section and match drilled #30 holes in WD-1021's using drill bushing. Final drilled the match drilled #30 holes in WD-1021's to #12.
