Brief Description: Drilled Aft Spar to Bottom Skin
Today I drilled all of the holes in the bottom skin trailing edge and aft spar. I installed a Cleco in each hole as it was drilled. After I drilled each hole I removed all of the clecoes from the trailing edge and started deburring each hole with a burraway tool. This went well until I got about half finished and the tool hit the internal truss and broke the blade. That shut me down as I do not have a spare blade and will have to get one over the internet. I really do not have any other way to debur the inside of the aft spar until I get a new blade. I vacuumed out all of the shavings from the wing through the hand holes.
