Brief Description: Dimpled wing skin and countersank D -Spar
Today I removed the first six rows of Clecoes and blocked up the skin: 1. I deburred the bottom of each hole on the skin. I did this yesterday but I had to do it again today. I found when I dimpled the holes if there was any burr at all it left a rough and sharp edge. 2. I used my microstop tool to countersink each hole in the top of the spar. I had some issues with the tool not being consistant in how deep it would cut. I never figured out the problem but was able to finish. 3. When I finished preping the holes I blew off all shavings and Clecoed the skin down.
