1. Removed four rows of Clecos to lift skin for Deburing. Used a twistie too with yellow handle below to debur both top & bottom of all leading edge holes in skin. 2. Used 120 degree dimple dies and dimpled all the holes I drilled in the leading edge of bottom skin. I find it much easier to debur befor you dimple. I think dimpling "cold works" the metal and makes it hard to debur with a twist bit. 3. I deburred the holes in the D-Spar with a Buraway tool and electric drill. Blade jams about every 10 holes but just clean it and she does another ten. 4. Used a microstop countersink tool to countersink holes in D-Spar to accept dimples in skin. I had to drop the fuel tank support nearest to the leading edge so I could lift the skin to countersink at the inboard end of the wing. 5. Used a shop vac to clean up shavings from inside of wing and D-Spar and Clecoed skin down.
