Brief Description: Fitting Bottom Skin for riveting
1. First I positioned the skin and put a couple of Clecoes in place. The skin fits pretty good. 2. I put the four bottom tank supports back in place with Clecoes. Went well. 3. I started Clecoing from the aft spar forward. I got the entire bottom skin Clecoed down. 4. I rolled the leding edge to prevent pilowing when riveted. Went good. 5. I have a small interference of the flap bellcrank mount and a tinnerman for a 5" handhole. I will see what RANS suggest. NOTE: RANS Tech Service told me to just leave out the interfering screw and fill the hole with Bondo or JB Weld. They did that on their demo plane.
