1. Clecoed all 5 hand holes and spacers on the wing. Went good. 2. Deburred then clecoed in place the 3 three inch hand holes. 3. Next I checked for twist (none found) and began to Cleco the skin down to the ribs. 4. I ran into problems trying to move the skin into position. The slots in the skin were bound at the leading edge tie down slot and directly across on an aileron hinge I just could not move the skin as needed because of this slot interference. After fighting for an hour I took the skin off the wing and shaved about 1/32" off the tie down slot and two aileron slots and one flap slot. I had to remove the fuel tanksupports to get the skin off. I got the skin back on the plane but now I am tired and it's time for a Maguritia.
