Brief Description: Dimpled top Wing Skin & Countersinked D-Spar
1. Deburred the inside of D-Spar where I drilled the leading edge holes. This went good by reaching from underneath the wing to turn the deburring tool. 2. Next I dimpled the leading edge holes in the top skin of the left wing. Went good. 3. I used my new microstop to countersink all the top leading edge holes in the D-Spar. Went good also. 4. Finally I deburred the bottom side of the skin where I dimpled the skin. This was difficult--the burrs were hard to cut but just took a little more effort. Top skin is ready to rivet.
