Brief Description:  Drilled Relief in Root Ribs & Installed Top Left S

1. I recieved a "Mandatory" change for the S-21 wing in their root ribs (#1 & #2). The instructions were to cut and drill the area of the mini flange on top of these two ribs. I have shown the before and after pictures below. Both ribs are modified for the left wing. I will do the right wing ribs when I build that wing.
2. My wife helped me today to pick up, flip over and then place the top skin on the left wing. It was not hard to handle as I thought it might be. Two people are adequate to handle it.
3. I used the edge forming tool to put a very slight bend on the leading edge of the skin into the D-Spar.
4. Installed clecos in the skin. I started with the leading ecge and worked toward the aft one row at a time. It was a challange to locate all the rib holes as the ribs still had some bend in them.
5. I checked the wing twist again after talking with Shelyden at RANS. Wing is showing no twist but I plan to purchase a protractor similiar to RANS's and double check by measuring the angle of the top skin near the AFT Spar at the inboard and outboard ends of the wing before I drill the D-Spar.
