Brief Description:  Profile sanding - NACA duct and landing brake

Easing back into things after a brilliant holiday in New Zealand. I saw a nice air show, hobbit holes, boiling mud, went for a fly with fellow (ex) canardian, (in a C172), and viewed an interesting Longez project. Ate a lot too, have to get back down to fighting weight...

Removed the NACA dam and sanded the results. For some reason the foam had migrated inboard and became exposed when sanding to profile. I was planning on glassing it anyway, as it is thick in places.

Attempted to remove landing brake so I can 'ice' around the screw holes, and discovered it was floxed on and this is not an option. Boogers, this will be fiddly to get the finish I want.

Sanded a bit more on the transition from the fuselage bottom to the landing brake and found a few low spots on the latter. With no gap around the edge it binds a bit opening and closing. Spent some time pondering how to deal with that.
