The plan was to 'Cory Bird' both aileron bottoms, but I found an unsightly dip in the starboard trailing edge. To repair I removed the existing filler and laid up a 5 x BID pad over the dip, with MGS resin and peel ply. Prep sanded the remainder.
Squeegeed raw West epoxy over the port aileron bottom, and repeated at 2 hourly intervals for 5 coats.
Profiled the fuselage window trial and remade some templates for the corners. Leftover filler onto the port nose joints
