Made a ply former for the starboard OD bulkhead that will be the outboard wall of my smoke oil tank. Cut it into two bits, and reassembled with a couple of ply doublers, then mounted to the top skin and the lower with hot glue blocks. I removed the doublers, then the top skin, and put it face up on the workbench.
I put a tiny urethane foam fillet in the corner, then laid up a 2 x 4oz flange to bond the OD bulkhead to. I put 1 x UND 2" wide (layup #6) over this on the top skin. Peel ply, tuck up in a blankey, and then notice it should have been 2 plies. Bugger. Made a note to put 3 on the outside.
