With an extra day for cure 60% of the inner skin looks lovely. For the rest the f*&^ing 'sheers' mentioned in step 2 have stuck like sh*t to a blanket and will not come off. Bugger. It comes off a thread at a time, and damages the BID when it does. Rest of 'sheers' binned. I tried to find the entry where I mention it for the first time and can't. Don't try this at home.
Over the next couple of days remove it, main method was getting as much as possible off with a really sharp, (as in frequently sharpened), 1/2" wood chisel, then just orbital sanding off the stuff that seemed impossible to shift. Looks real ugly. Will not be visible. :)
