Installed everything, and remarkes the trimline, 1/4" from the firewall to make room for the steel firewall.
Set the cowls up on the engine stand, taped the inside of the cowling buttons and applied 7 x UND at 30 degrees overlapping onto the inside of the cowl.
Layed up 4 x UND 90/45 and 2 x UND laterally over closeout, overlapping 1" onto cowling and ears.
Dumbly put a clamp in front of the camera, so actual work is undocumented...
