Brief Description:  Port plenum bottom

Removed plenum bottom from form and rough trimmed.

Fiddled with the fit and assembled with cleco.

Made some more cuts in the trailing edge to conform to the cowl, secured on the inside with hot glue blocks.

Prep sanded and floxed bottom on, clamped with cleco. Patched plenum top with 2 x UND 90/45.

Added 2 x UND tapes 90/45 above heads/cylinders to add a bit of stiffness.

Play with shapes to seal the pushrod tube holes from scrap 2 x BID and start forming a concept. For the first time realise that there will hopefully be higher pressure OUTSIDE the plenum, and reverse my thinking about how to seal stuff.

Started on the starboard plenum bottom and am surprised it seems more difficult. The flat bottom worked fine to port, but to achieve the same starboard I need to add a twist. Go figure. Make a form template from coreflute and experiment some.
