Trimmed wing flange amendment and redrilled cleco. Prep sanded remaining deleted flange and re-taped cowling with 2 layers of cloth tape topped with packing tape. Reinstalled both cowlings.
7 x UND at 90/45 between spar and taped cowling. Peel plied edges.
Trimmed cowl buttons to a pleasing shape and size and offered up to the cowling.
Cut cowling to match. [Timewarp: trailing edge of cowlings did not match port/starboard. When I detected and fixed this the buttons ended up different sizes. I'll live with it for the moment].
