Brief Description:  Engine baffling

I have decided the only way to figure out how to adapt the plans baffling to cooling exhaust plenums is to start building some baffling and seeing what comes next. Grab some not-terribly-inexpensive 0.025" aluminium sheet from Bunnings Aerospace and start hacking it to match templates made from aluminium flashing. Try and incorporate some ideas from the existing Lycoming baffle, and always with the Jabiru plenums in mind. I am prepared to bend and discard a lot of this stuff... Especially as I don't seem to have any of the required material on hand anyhow...

Results of initial trials indicate the cylinder baffles can be based on the inter-cylinder baffles, tied together somehow by the between cylinder baffle. Probably. Head baffles secured with the available mounting screws as well, and clamped by the plenums. Probably.
