Removed the canopy frame, and enlarged the forward hole so I could reach the forward edge. Replaced the canopy and fitted the rest of the blocks.
Cut the flange overlaps in the forward part of the frame.
Trial fitted everything, and removed the packing pieces. Missed a lot of photos from this period, took two days worth of piccies with the camera off. :(
