Apply Selleys Fire Flex sealant with a 4mm nothed spreader over the under-firewall area then slap on the fibrefrax pieces.
Apply more sealant to the back of the side metal pieces and clamp onto the fibrefrax. VERY difficult to keep the mess off the clickbond threads and the face of the metal, and I can't clean it off properly through the clamps. I've had 5 pairs of gloves by picture #2.
Do the same for the center piece and clamp into place with rudder hardware and the frame, and lots of wedges.
Leave for a few days for cure, as my test piece wasn't cured after 2!
