Sanded the port fillet to match the starboard, and dubious curved trailing edge interferes with fit.

Sanded the interfering bit off. Glued it together with hot glue blocks in the correct orientation, and moulded a new bit from modelling clay.

Cut glass for repair, and the 'top' surface of the NACA splitter.
