Pre-heated the fan-forced oven to 180C, then whacked in the form for 8 minutes. Whipped it out, hooked up a tyre inflator and pumped it up until the top of the bubble was level with the top of the ply. As it relaxed I kept pumping it up breifly, untill it stopped moving.
First window was usable, with just a tiny mark above the tyre valve. Better result for the second by just putting a bit of tape over the valve on the inside.
Results fit with the fuselage side, and no great distortion of vision noted.
