Brief Description:  Left armrests & map pocket

I was probably a bit tired yesterday, because when I offer my trimmed and OK part up to the intended area I make four interesting discoveries:

#1 - It doesn't fit. Fouling the aileron torque tube wherever I put it... I expect this is because of the change of torque tube geometry forced by moving the seatback aft 1".

#2 - It interferes with my planned path of the electrical conduit and the brake lines

#3 - It overlaps the rudder cable conduit!

#4 - I have made a pocket for the right side...

I check out some websites and notice some have aggressively bent the conduit around the map pocket or just run it through the middle. Hmmmmm.

I un-tape the form, thin it out a bit on the aft side, and round off the aft corner a bit to allow more room between it and the brake lines for the electrical conduit clips.

Having just had this conversation with Nick Ugolini I apply a bit of heat to the offending clips and peel them off, cleaning up residue with a wood chisel. Using the form as a guide to where the new flange will be, reroute the brake lines as far down as they will go and run the new electrical conduit clips betwixt.

Re-tape the form to the table, checking three times that I will make a left pocket this time, and tape down a couple of 1/4" taped dowels to run the Rudder conduit through.

To avoid damaging the Rudder conduit in service, use my conduit clip form to make a cover that runs the length of the map pocket

2 x BID over the map pocket, (with a couple of extra bits in the corners to avoid the pinholes of V1), and conduit, erm, conduit using Norglass resin. Did the work on a recently de-commisioned water bed heater. Tried peel plying everthing I could
