Trimmed port rudder cove to zero gap when rudder in trail. Overshot by 1 mm :(
I had put off final trimming the gaps all round the rudders, (except for the trailing edge stop), as I could not think of a way to do it. The 80g sandpaper stuck on thin carbon fibre strips I used to true up the cove worked well, sanding all the gaps to 1/16", using a plastic packer to check clearance.
