Rough trimmed new rudder cove to within 3mm of cut line.
Refitted rudder and fine trimmed to a reasonably straight line and a zero gap with the rudder in trail, using sandpaper glued to a thin bit of carbon fibre.
Hot glued a bit of fibreglass rod to the trailing edge rudder tip and sanded the trailing edge to match that profile.
Layed up 2 x UND, parallel to the existing skin, to form an anti-flutter tab, as seen on aeroplanes that are faster than mine will be.
