Played around a bit more with right Rudder hinge a bit more, and installed with cleco.
Additonal pads required again, again get horribly confused about whether to put them on the Rudder or the Winglet, and finally resolve it was the Winglet: Root - 0 Mid 0.65mm Tip 0.4mm
Applied 1 x BID just over the Root pin retention clip area, 2 x BID over the Mid hinge/clip, 1 x BID and 1 x light boat cloth over Tip hinge/clip. Fixed some cutting errors with mini straight edges clamped to layups.
Floxed on left Winglet hinge halves, clamping with greased cleco.
